The University's population of 15,000+ includes approximately 14% graduate students representing almost every state and many nations. More than 400 graduate faculty members offer 47 graduate programs to more than 2,000 graduate students. In addition to the offerings at the University's main campus, graduate courses/programs are also offered at the Monroeville Graduate and Professional Center in Wilkins Township, PA.
Our graduate degree offerings are diverse, and include both master's and doctoral degree programs. Our master's degree programs include ones with thesis and non-thesis options. We have a selection of professsional programs such as the Master's in Business Administration and the Clinical Psychology doctorate (Psy.D.). IUP also has Ph.D. programs including ones in Administration and Leadership Studies, Communications Media, Criminology, English and Nursing. Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) programs are offered in Administration and Leadership Studies, Curriculum and Instruction, and School Psychology.
We offer degrees in face-to-face, blended learning, off-campus, and online formats. Whatever you are looking for, we probably have it!
